My name is Hayley founder of iheartyoga Mum of three.
I found Yoga when I was pregnant with my second child. At the time life was very fast paced and stressful I found it hard to keep up the appearance of being able to handle life when I felt so exhausted on the inside. Thats when I found Yoga for the first time - it allowed valuable ‘time out’ from my busy fast paced life where I could hit the pause button. I loved they way It made me feel.
That same feeling inspired me to I train as Yoga teacher - I studied at Yoga London and gained my 200 YTT utterly thrilled and thirsty for more I furthered my training into fertility pregnancy, postnatal ,children’s yoga and most recently I qualified as a birth and postnatal doula.
Deeply passionate about supporting women & their families I formed iheartyoga - a gentle welcoming open space for women to come and feel nurtured & supported a place to encourage growth, confidence & individuality.

I offer private sessions & classes for fertility pregnancy birth and postnatal Yoga combined with unique doula service to support and encourage women be the best version of themselves.
My services also include Corporate Yoga - family Yoga - children’s Yoga - combining all my offerings with wellbeing support to encourage a balance healthy mindset and lifestyle.
All services are all available virtually or in the comfort of your own home/ work place. In-person classes are based in Upminster.
