Yoga to support|fertility|pregnancy|birth| postnatal Essex & London
My name is Hayley my background is within Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I have achieved almost 350 hours of educational training specialising in women's health and wellbeing.
I am here to support all women and observe in admiration as she flow's through her natural menstrual cycle into her fertility journey, pregnancy, birth, motherhood and her beautiful transition to menopause. I help her shed limiting belief's, celebrate her strength, creativity and find her natural gentle flow.
I first found yoga whilst pregnant with my second child. It was a busy time with a toddler and a job to juggle - life was busy and extremely stressful.
I decided enough was enough and began to reserve an hour of my day just for me. A time to let go of all responsibilities, all the to do list and just focus on myself. I was able to slow down, breathe fully again and form a gorgeous connection with my little unborn child - I can still remember that feeling of relaxation spreading all over my body and can still call upon that same feeling now - when I need it most.
During my labour I was able to use my breathing, birthing and relaxation techniques - they proved invaluable. I was at ease with every stage and felt totally safe and in complete control.
This feeling was incredibly empowering and it was at that very moment I knew I wanted to help other women to achieve the same ..
My aim is to create an open friendly place where women can join together and build a supportive community.
Learning to move safely with a wholesome subtle yoga sequence that can be practiced at home.
So that's my mission, to support inspire and empower all women.
