I am Hayley,
A family girl , married with three young children and a cute dog !
Based in Upminster London/Essex border.
I am a qualified 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher. I have also completed a further 85 hour Pregnancy yoga training.
My aim is to empower & inspire women through yoga.
I first experienced yoga whilst pregnant with my second child. It was a busy time with a toddler and a job to juggle.
I decided to carve out an hour of my day to slow down. During my practice I was able to switch off from all distractions and form a beautiful bond with my unborn child.
Yoga taught me so many incredible things including self love, breath work, meditation and valuable labour poses.
It was incredibly empowering!
The need to share these powerful tools was strong so I decided to become a teacher.
The theme of class is always structured around empowerment.
With my pregnancy class I teach strength through breath work and mindfulness. It’s a time to connect with yourself and also your baby. A gentle flow where each move is specifically designed for pregnancy.
Once baby arrives, my 'Mama & Bubba' classes are centred on the needs of baby.
Whether they join you on the mat or snooze in the pram, it's a chance for you to reconnect, gain strength and meet a new community of empowered Mamas!
